Strict In-Browser Privacy

Privacy Policy — Zero Telemetry & 100% Local Processing

At QR Studio, privacy is not a feature or policy checkbox — it is our core engineering architecture.

Architectural Guarantee

QR Studio processes every QR code completely inside your web browser. Your destination URLs, contact information, passwords, and images never touch a server, database, or analytics collector.

01·Data Governance

Client-Side Processing Architecture

All QR matrix calculations, Reed-Solomon error correction calculations, color styling, and image rendering are performed exclusively within your browser's local memory using client-side JavaScript.

No text, URL, Wi-Fi password, vCard contact detail, or geolocation coordinate you enter into the input fields is ever transmitted over the network to our servers or any third-party infrastructure.

02·Data Governance

Zero Personal Data Collection

We do not require user account registration, email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card details to use any aspect of QR Studio.

We do not maintain user profiles, track personal identities, or monitor user session behaviors across sessions.

03·Data Governance

No Tracking Cookies & No Advertising

QR Studio does not use tracking cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, advertising network SDKs, or invasive fingerprinting scripts.

Only anonymous technical state (such as your chosen light/dark color theme preference) is saved locally in your browser's localStorage for interface convenience.

04·Data Governance

Logo Uploads & Vector Exports

When you select a logo to embed inside your QR code, the image file is parsed locally using the browser's HTML5 FileReader API.

Your logo is never uploaded, transferred, or cached on any remote server. It remains exclusively within your computer's local session memory until you refresh or close the page.

05·Data Governance

Hosting & Technical Infrastructure

Our static website assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are served via globally distributed Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). CDN providers may process standard HTTP server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp) solely for network security, DDoS mitigation, and routing.

These infrastructure logs are not correlated with any data you input into our generator tools.

06·Data Governance

International Privacy Standards (GDPR, CCPA & Beyond)

Because we do not store, collect, or share personal data, our platform is inherently compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and global privacy directives by design.

You have total sovereignty over your data at all times.
