By accessing or using QR Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

This service is accessible worldwide without account registration or subscription contracts.

Ownership & Commercial Rights

All static QR codes generated through QR Studio belong entirely to you.

You are granted an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and unrestricted worldwide license to use, publish, print, distribute, and monetize any QR code graphics you export (SVG, PNG, or other formats).

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to encode content that initiates malicious software downloads, credential phishing campaigns, malware, or illegal material.

You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the delivery infrastructure of our web services.

Print & Scanning Verification Disclaimer

Before initiating commercial offset printing, billboard fabrication, or mass packaging runs, you must physically test scan your generated QR code across multiple devices, lighting environments, and camera models.

QR Studio is not liable for costs incurred from printing errors, optical miscalibration, or unreadable color combinations chosen by the user.

No Expiration Warranty (Static QR Codes)

Static QR codes encode the destination payload directly into the geometric dot pattern. They do not rely on a redirect server and will function indefinitely as long as the printed image remains legible.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

QR Studio is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QR Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this service.
